When will my body return to normal again? When will the cravings stop? When will the brain fog go away? Will I ever feel “ahhh-mazing" for quitting smoking?

These are the questions that play over and over again in my head whenever I’m in the first 30 days of my quit. Hopefully in your next attempt to quit smoking you can minimize questions like these by managing withdrawal symptoms and helping your body to heal.
